This fun, energetic Barre workout begins with a rhythmic warm-up, followed by a glute sequence. Using the TheraBand, we strengthen the upper body and core. Next we go to the barre for some great leg and hip exercises, followed by a challenging Pilates core sequence. Finish with a strengthening Yoga sequence to stimulate muscles at various joint ranges. This LIVE class was recorded June 10, 2021. It is a fun workout for all levels!
