Live Event with Lauren Eirk on May 28th at 9:00 am EST. This workout fuses Yoga, Pilates, and strengthening movements to help you to explore joint range of motion, empower muscles to stabilize joints, and develop intrinsic core strength. This workout begins with a Pilates Core routine then transitions into seating Yoga isometric hip strengtheners. As the workout progresses into standing exercises for the lower body, we pick up the pace a bit, only to finish with a few gentle Yoga vinyasas to balance muscular tension in the total body. No equipment needed. This workout is appropriate for all levels.
