This video collection is comprised of traditional Pilates Mat exercises with other fitness trends, such as Yoga, Barre, and Strength Training with various props. The original Pilates Mat exercises, designed to target the "Powerhouse" core regions of the abdominals, back, shoulders, and hips are the perfect complement to the isometric positions of yoga and standing exercises in Barre. These Pilates Fusion workouts are fun and creative, using a variety of traditional and non-traditional resistance tools. These workouts will help your core become stronger and more stable with improved range of motion.
