In this workout, enjoy a Yoga inspired warm up, followed by a core strengthening segment. Using body weight only, we will practice exercises to warm up the lower body. Transitioning to standing barre exercises, enjoy glute and hip work using bodyweight and the mini ball with some Yoga and Ballet isometric moves for muscle balance. You will need a wall, counter top, or chair for the barre segment
