This workout is designed to strengthen the whole body using free weights. Enjoy a progressive warm-up followed by an energizing strength routine to burn fat, build muscle, and improve joint stability. We will be practicing 2-3 different exercises for arms, shoulders, trunk, hips, and legs with a goal of 8-12 reps each to maximize hypertophy / muscle growth.
You can use whatever size dumbbell you want, but the higher repetitions, longer holds, and time under tension combined with overall effort will ensure muscle building. A weight that is too heavy will not not allow for higher reps FYI. You will need a Yoga block or step to elevate limbs in a few of the exercises FYI
