This body weight only vinyasa style Yoga flow is more athletic in nature, moving from one position to the other with a strength focus. We start with a centering breathwork meditation to set our intention and check in with our body. This is followed by a limbering movement warm up and a strong, progressive Yoga sequence designed to coordinate postures with the cycles of the breath. You will experience standing, seated, and supine positions done that will explore your mobility using isometric resistance to challenge your muscles.
