Barre workouts are designed for high repetitions of exercises performed in a variety of joint positions to improve the contractile strength and overall endurance of muscles. Experience standing, seated and supine exercises for the total body using a thigh / mini band and TheraBand for resistance. You will need a chair, counter top, or other standing support for the barre work portions.
