Pyramid training is a style of training designed to repeat exercises and exercise combinations in a way to either to slowly increase or decrease resistance challenges for greater strength gains. In this workout, we will pyramid up to target the whole body using dumbbells, a TheraBand, and gliding disks (paper plates work on carpeted floors; a towel works on hardwood floors).
