Resistance training is paramount in any fitness program. In this workout, we will be targeting specific muscle groups of the upper body, namely the quadriceps, hamstrings, gluteals, calves, adductors, and abductors. Exercises chosen will attempt to isolate these as much as possible to develop them groups further. This methodology has been used for years by body builders, helping you to not only to achieve a particular desired "toned" look, but add to the stability of the hip, knee, and ankle. You will need a set of dumbbells and a TheraBand for this session
