If you haven't done crunches on a ball, you will be amazed by the amount of resisted range of motion you will feel! The dynamic nature of the ball will allow you to transition easily from one exercise to the next while offering a resistance challenge to trunk and spine muscles! This is open to all levels, with many modifications given.
