Video 162 | Tri-Set Resistance Training (30 Minute Workout) with Lauren Eirk
Everything • 04-Jan-2021
There are many exercises that you have done over and over and that you will continue to practice to keep joints strong. However we can change various aspects of each exercise to stay motivated and keep up our progression. Our body needs repetition to gain the benefits of an exercise, but we also need to change our routines every few weeks to build a good program and prevent staleness. Overall, the volume and intensity should reflect our goals. This video is designed to be creative and fun, allowing you to focus on specific areas of the body. Each has three variations, called TRI-sets! Many modifications are given for each exercise. The ultimate goal is joint integrity, muscle strength, and improved motor learning.
