On Day 2 of the shoulder / neck pain solution program, let's strengthen muscles that depress the shoulder. When this are is stronger, we can then keep tension out of the neck and help you raise your arms overhead more efficiently.
A Yoga strap and mini ball will be incorporated in this routine, but you can use a robe tie or large towel.
This routine can be done anywhere, anytime. It can reduce pain and fatigue after exercise, as a prevention from injury, and to help manage your muscle strength. This can also be used as a warm-up or as a workout in itself. Isometrics are the precursor to adding any load and challenge to our body.
