This Barre workout incorporates gliding disks, but you can use a folded towel or paper plate under the hands and feet as an alternative.
Strengthen your arms, shoulders, hips, legs, and core with this easy-to-follow barre challenge. When using Gliders, place the ball of your foot on the Glider and use the heel of your foot as a brake. You control the resistance of the work by how much you press into your Glider.
Remember to modify and listen to your body. Choose the movements that feel good for your body and work your way up. Most of all have fun!
