Yoga Fusion

This video collection is comprised of traditional Yoga with other fitness trends, such as Pilates, Barre, and Strength Training with various props. The isometric resistance training done in Yoga is the perfect complement to the moving repetitions done in Pilates Mat or Barre Fitness exercises. These workouts are not only fun and creative, but will help your muscles produce better contractions while improving your strength across a variety of joint positions! Your body will become stronger, more stable, and leaner with these workouts.
