This Barre workout blends standing barre moves with lower body dumbbell and bodyweight exercises. We start with a warm-up, then a core training segment, transition into a upper body strength training segment, and finish with some great ballet inspired exercises for the legs and hips combined with effective lower body free weight exercises with dumbbells. Use a table, chair, or support to help with balance. Enjoy a great Yoga-inspired range of motion routine at the end to ensure muscle balance!
This Yoga class will help you flex, extend, side bend, and rotate your way to a stronger core. We will be using the a Yoga block and strap in many of the poses to add resistance and improve overall joint control. All levels welcome!

This workout is packed full of dumbbell exercises, moving from the core to the hips, legs, back, chest, shoulders and arms in this creative routine. You will need a chair to perform a few seated exercises and to add support for standing work. Enjoy better joint control and muscle isolation
