This barre class will only require your body and a standing support (wall, table, chair, countertop). In this workout, we will begin with a rhythmic warm-up, followed by a core training segment. Next, experience bodyweight exercise segments to focus on the hips, thighs, glutes, and feet while standing and seated. The focus of this workout is to improve sustained muscle contractions at various joint ranges for endurance and tone.
