Pilates is known for its inclusion of core exercises to train the abdominals, back, hips, and shoulders. In this class we will also be adding in some resistance training exercises for the biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, and chest muscles using an elastic band as resistance. This workout will move at a moderate pace with time given for proper instruction for each exercise. All levels welcome!
