This alignment-based Hatha Yoga practice is designed to strengthen the low back with standing poses for improved mobility. This workout is appropriate for all levels, moving at a comfortable pace with plenty of modifications and instruction. For added resistance, a Yoga strap and Yoga blocks will be used in several of the postures to redirect force into joints for specific goals.
