There is no better way to start your day than an energetic, positive Yoga flow. This class requires no equipment, although yoga props are optional. Begin with a short, meditative breath work section and practice a vinyasa style yoga class designed to activate muscles and improve body awareness. Enjoy a restoration section at the end of the class to help you feel refreshed and ready to start your day!
All you need for this workout is some sort of chair or support plus optional dumbbells. Experience intervals using dumbells and bodyweight exercises to strengthen the legs, hips, core, and upper body with a fusion of ballet and pilates inspired barre moves.
