My membership is $14.99 monthly or $99 annually, which is less than 3 cents per day. FIS TV can be viewed from the website on a computer, or from the app on the iPhone, iPad, or Smart Television for convenience. There is no obligation and it is easy to cancel.
Videos incorporate dumbbells, bands, balls, and some typical Yoga and Pilates props, as well as plenty of bodyweight / no equipment needed videos. Workouts range from 15-60 minutes in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Stability Ball, Therapeutic, Beginner, Strength Training, and Fitness Challenges.
