This workout is based on the classic 34 mat exercises from Pilates. The "magic circle", or Pilates Ring, will be used to generate forces for the inner and outer thighs as well as the spine itself. The mini ball will be used as a support and as a resistance tool for several of the exercises in conjunction.
This workout is a continuous flow format, with exercises choreographed to be complimentary in nature. Train your spinal system as well as your cardiovascular system in this fun flow!
