Simply speaking, chest muscles are used to push objects away from us Back muscles pull objects towards us. Exercises around these muscle groups are opposite in nature, as one works concentrically and one eccentrically to either shorten against a load or allow for more length to control the joint.
In this workout, experience complementary exercises that allow you to move from one exercise to the next without much of a rest. We will work each combination twice, using a combination of elastic resistance and dumbbells. The stability ball will be use in one of the combinations to incline the body.
