Video 305 | ABSolute Strength (30 Minute Workout) with Lauren Eirk
Core • 16-Mar-2022
This workout will add some variety and challenge to several abdominal exercises using a mini ball for support and dumbbells for added resistance. After the warm-up, experience a challenging floor routine with the mini ball to experience crunches in a whole new way! Next, dumbbells are incorporated for added resistance to some core stabilization exercises. After the floor series, see how dumbbells can enable you to feel your core in several standing exercises as we challenge ourselves to maintain your center of mass and control the moving weights.
