Day five is the half-way mark! Today we are approaching our muscle building in a full-body circuit format. We will be doing four mini circuits twice each. You will need a light and heavy set of dumbbells for upper and lower body exercises as well as a TheraBand.

Thread the Needle isometric sequence
Seated twist isometric
Crunch / flexion isometrics
Combo Two:
Band Row
RDLs
Static Lunges with Shoulder Flexion
Combo Three:
DB Static Lunges
DB Biceps Curls
DB Singe Arm Overhead Press
Combo Four:
DB Chest Press
Band Pull Aparts
DB Prone Hip Extension
Experience concentric and a few eccentric muscle contractions plus isometric holds against dumbbells and bands with high repetitions to build muscle. This workout has specific segments associated with each muscle group. It is recommended that you have light and heavier dumbbells for various exercises.
