Live Event | Yoga Stability Ball: Lower Body (60 minutes) with Lauren Eirk
Everything • 1h 8m
Happy Halloween! This Hatha Yoga practice will provide much challenge to the lower body and spinal regions. In our warm-up, we will visit our active range of motion and begin engaging muscles that cross the hip and knee. Moving into some standing poses, the ball will not only support the hips, but often completely alter the resistance challenges we feel.
Experience some positions and motions unique to stability ball training to load the hips and glutes. Also, the moving ball will cause the trunk and spine to have to stabilize joints in every position. All levels welcome, as modifications will be given throughout.
