This workout is appropriate for all levels. We will be going over many therapeutic Yoga postures that strengthen the back and core with modifications for various lower back issues. A Yoga block (or two) plus a yoga strap is suggested. If these items are not available, you can use a book or support plus some sort of belt or tie as a substitution. The pace is slow and methodical but will help you feel amazing!
