Live Event | Mega Mix Circuit Workout II (60 mins) with Lauren Eirk
Everything • 1h 7m
This fusion circuit workout begins with a warm-up, followed by several standing glute, thigh, and hip exercises that incorporate dumbbells. As we move to the floor, experience some isometric Yoga postures to target the back and Pilates exercises to target abdominal and hip muscles using the thigh band. Finish with some dumbbell exercises for the shoulders and back.
This class features many spinal stabilization exercises as we work to create a strong lower back. We will be moving from one exercise to the next with a variety of workout types, intensities, and tools. This is a great class to get an overview of all we do at FIS TV! You will feel your heart rate, your muscles, and your mind working together!
