This FIS Muscle Focus workout targets the Pectoral Muscles. This session begins by connecting breath with movement to engage muscles of the trunk and spine as a warm-up. As you begin to observe your range of motion, you will see what areas of your body need attention.
Using many core positions, target shoulder, arm, and chest exercises using dumbbells and any straight stick or barre for isometric exercises. You see more tone, better joint stability, and improved overall mobility.
The FIS method is based on the science of biomechanics, placing resistance against the body in a way that is the most effective without tearing up your joints. You will gain muscle while losing pain and stiffness
