This Barre workout is a blend of Yoga, Pilates, Ballet, and common Fitness exercises to give you a great core workout. Starting with Sun Salutations, progress to some awesome trunk and spine exercises using a small mini ball (optional). We then go the barre for some strengthening exercises using a thigh band. Using isometric positions as a transition, this workout keeps moving to keep your mind and body fully engaged!
