1h 10m
This moderately paced, Hatha Yoga therapy practice is designed to target muscles that rotate the trunk and spine. Discover areas of weakness by observing active range of motion. Using body weight, a yoga strap, and a mini ball, set up isometric resistance exercises by performing yoga asanas in a mindful, progressive way to gently strengthen weak muscles. The goal of this class is to improve mobility and strength while respecting our individual structures. All levels welcome!
