This Yoga Fusion workout begins with a short meditation to set the stage. We then move to some abdominal and hip exercises on the floor and then move to the barre with a great lower body routine blending yoga poses using the barre. Experience some classical ballet moves (that anyone can do!) and fuse them with some powerful standing Yoga postures in a super fun sequence!
If you don't have a barre, any support will do. You will notice that the barre allows you to focus more on foot, ankle and hip mechanics without having to worry about falling, so you will get so much more out of your practice! Finish this workout with some great isometric positions to target the hips and lower back for a fun, challenging workout.
