On day four of our 5 day Glute Reset, we are working to amplify your glute strength by using the skills practiced in days 1-3 with the addition of elastic thigh band combined with bodyweight. Experience a variety of resistance challenges to stimulate more of the overall glute region in several isolated and integrated joint exercises.
Glutes are not active in standing and sitting, so we will learn several positions that bring the glutes to center stage. Learn how to squeeze the glutes and become more efficient in many of these fundamental lower body exercises to improve your ability to sit, stand, squat, climb, and walk. Your mobility and joint stability will be greatly enhanced in this short 15 minute workout!
