This Yoga flow combines standing poses, one-leg balance poses, seated poses, rotations, and backward bends to energize the body. We will use a Yoga strap and Yoga blocks for support and for resistance to activate muscles for better range of motion. Modifications will be given throughout! Appropriate for all levels.
