Elastic Bands open up so many creative ways to train our body. They do not rely on gravity, they are lightweight, and they are extremely portable! Many times, dumbbells make it harder to train certain areas of our body, such as with pulling exercises.
In this workout, we will use elastic bands to train muscles of the back and the biceps, the main pulling muscles. There are 10 exercises packed into 30 minutes of creative formatting. Go from seated, to standing positions using overhead, mid-range, and low pulls for the back and arms. Experience a variety of joint positions and repetition speeds for muscle growth.
