Gentle Mindfulness

Gentle Mindfulness

Mindfulness is defined as 'paying attention on purpose' and can be used to manage stress, lower anxiety, improve our sleeping habits, and keep us rooted in the present moment. Mindfulness practices such as pranayama (breathing exercise), Yoga, meditation, and guided relaxation can actually improve our ability to get more done and think through our problems with a better sense of clarity. This category is designed to supplement any activity and help you understand what needs attention in your body. A mind connection will improve your results in any workout.
