Using the stability ball as if it were a weight bench, we will practice stabilizng with the ball using trunk and spine muscles as we strengthen the upper body. When the ball us used in strength training, you will feel a total body workout as you work to stabilize the trunk and spine while moving the dumbbells
The flowing nature of the ball will allow for easier transitions so that we can keep the workout moving. You will experience abdominal, back and hip work in every exercise. This is truly a mindful experience in control! Appropriate for all levels.
