Many people want more tone in their arms and abdominals, and resistance training is part of the solution! In this workout, we will begin with some range of motion training for the elbow, shoulder, trunk and spine. Using dumbbells, experience several tricep / elbow extensor exercises with a variety of body positions.
An abdominal section follows, with emphasis on spinal flexion and rotation. We will spend the last 15 minutes on biceps / elbow flexor exercises using a TheraBand in a strategic way to alter the resistance profile for improved results.
