The purposeful therapeutics classes are super helpful for me to both strengthen and connect with what I feel in my muscles and structure. Please keep doing some of these! I call them 'stealth workouts' because while we move slow, we WORK!

Hi Lauren, I started following you a while back as suggested by my close friend Kim Brody. I LOVE the classes you offered during quarantine. The power yoga, yoga flow, and Pilates fusion are my favorite. I would love to see more of these in the library. Thank you so much for your comments! I just adore Kim so that means a lot to me! I’m really glad that you are enjoying the channel. We definitely will be doing more yoga videos. I just did some yoga fusions with the barre that I think you would like and I will be doing more yoga workouts. I’ve been trying to create some videos around areas that we don’t have a lot of content such as Pilates and strength training. Our next series will be yoga-based so you will enjoy that. Hey Andrea it’s so great to hear from you! I’m really glad you like the new channel. Have you checked out the getting stronger section? We have been adding videos for strength using dumbbells and tubing. We will definitely be doing some videos with Yoga and weights in the Near future! Also I just did a 30 minute yoga Pilates fusion that I think you would like. We’ve also done some great 30 minute barre classes it will get you going! Hi Lauren! I did a muscle memory class yesterday. It was terrific- not just the actual class content but the quality of your video. I have to tell you that even pre-covid, I have done a lot of yoga, pilates and workout classes on line (live and taped) and none of them were of the quality of yours. Having had the pleasure of attending your studio classes in person, I can tell you that while I get a lot from being in your presence and my class mates, I did not feel as if I was sacrificing any instructional value by the doing the class at home. The clarity, pace, and sound were really top notch and I hope you recognize how your hard work to perfect the new method of media teaching has resulted in a superior product!
