If you woke up feeling fatigued, stiff and tight, it may be a sign that your muscles need attention! In this 30 minute Yoga practice, target muscles that attach to the pelvis, hips, shoulder blades, ribs and vertebral column using gentle isometric resistance training.
Begin with a breath-centered meditation and move through several essential joint positions that will improve spinal mobility and strengthen your core. An optional yoga block is used in some of the positions to support joints. Finish with a short relaxation segment to rejuvenate your energy as you start your day!
