Fitness Integrated Science TV is a streaming fitness program created by renowned fitness professional Lauren Eirk, MS, MATRx, C-IAYT, YACEP.

Sitting for hours on end can cause muscle weakness in the hips, spine, and shoulders. This workout is designed to gently bring the body to a more upright posture, strengthening the hip and trunk muscles that go off-line while sitting in a chair.
We will use the mini band or "thigh band" to strengthen the lower body in many Pilates movements and the Yoga Block to add resistance and joint support in several Yoga postures.
