Elastic bands are great for strength training and often used in rehab settings due to the fact that they do not rely on gravity to challenge our muscles, nor do they require extra energy to accelerate or decelerate an exercise like a free weight.
This workout will strategically use the TheraBand to work arms, legs, shoulders, chest, back, hips, and abdominal muscles with a variety of exercises for 60 minutes. All levels welcome! Hint: grab two or three different bands if you have them!
