1h 5m
Calisthenics workout challenging your strength, endurance, balance and coordination through unilateral exercises. For this workout, all you need is your body, a mat, a Yoga Block, and a chair.
We begin on the mat for some abs and core specific then onto a full variety of upper, lower & full body movements. This workout will require you to manage one side of your body while the other performs the exercise. You will get to see how one side of your body performs against the other and work on joint stabilization for each exercise. Sometimes we can get more from preventing rotation than we do from actually rotating!
You will need access to a wall for wall sits, but this workout can be done anywhere at any time! It is a great way to prevent spinal or hip injury. All levels welcome! *Note: there are 3 minutes missing at the end of the workout due to live feed glitch..
