On Day 5 of the Osteoporosis Solution, experience an integrated approach to isometric resistance training as we progressively load our skeleton to combat bone loss. This routine includes the addition of dumbbells to target the upper and lower body while performing isometric resistance training in several classic Yoga poses.
We will be progressively loading the upper extremities with classic Sun Salutations in several creative sequences for improved bone loading. This mindful practice will help you build muscle, but also help with range of motion. When muscles contract better, we can move better.
