This full body routine features 10 effective multi-joint exercises arranged in a circuit format. We will perform each of these exercises in combination with a related or non-related exercise to challenge muscle growth. We will do 12-15 repetitions of each exercise combo with two sets of each. This workout moves at a comfortable pace so that you will experience the resistance throughout.
