Using a circuit format, this class will use a variety of resistance training formats to work the glutes, hips, thighs, lower leg, and core. After a short warm up, we will do one set of each exercise in the circuit. Upon completion of the circuit, we will then repeat each exercise for a second set. First, we will practice some isometrics for the lower body. Next, the stability ball is used in some core exercises. The stabilty ball will then be used as a platform to train glute, hamstring, quadricep, thighs, and lower leg muscles using dumbbells. The workout finishes with a cool-down to set your day right!
