These muscles help to concentrically flex the knee, squeeze the legs together, and stabilize the hips. The also eccentrically control hip flexion and knee extension, as well as moving the legs apart (abduction) Learn strategic techniques to eliminate muscular imbalances and improve overall range of motion. This video is a must for taking care of our joints in general but can also help to resolve pain issues in lower extremities as muscles get stronger!
