This muscle building workout fuses movements from Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga using a ballet barre to enhance standing exercises for a full lower body workout. Strengthen and tone your hips, legs, and feet in many barre and ballet exercises with intervals of Pilates exercises to enhance core strength in the abdominals, back, and shoulders. A thigh band and mini ball will enhance the exercises.
Experience integrated isometric Yoga postures, strengthening barre work for the feet, and standing balance exercises to reduce inflammation, improve range of motion, and dramatically improve muscle performance. This is a super fun, challenging workout for all levels!
