This full body band workout features upper and lower body compound exercises using an elastic band for resistance. Creative exercise variations result from band training, since they do not need to work against gravity to create a challenge. Experience interesting combination exercises such as the Banded Squat to Overhead Press, Sumo Squats & Band Pull-Aparts, and Shoulder Abduction with Rotation.
Bands have several features that make them Joint-Friendly, such as:
1. They tend to have less joint compression than free weights
2. They are inertia-Free, so they do not get harder with speed.
3. They are perfect for travel or working out at home.
4. They feature a simple setup, since they do not have to oppose gravity.
5. They are effective for hypertrophy and muscle activation with a longer time under tension.
6. They are perfect for rehab situations.
By the end of this routine, you will feel energized, upright, and balanced without the waer on your joints.
