Strengthen the lower body using a variety of exercises and fitness modalities. In all the years I have been in fitness, fusion workouts are hands-down the most popular. They give you just enough of each program to add creativity and improve effectiveness!
We will start with some supine mini band and exercises for the hips and core that are themed in Pilates. Using the Sun Salutation, we will transition into some integrated standing variations to work the legs, hips, and feet. See how you can strategically use the band to challenge muscles of the lower body work as you hold the position.
Finish with some highly effective hip exercises from Pilates. There are lots of cues and modifications in this routine! Make it work for you and enjoy!
