At the very base of your core is the pelvic floor—a sling of muscles that supports your internal organs, stabilizes your spine, and works in harmony with the rest of your deep core. When this system is weak or uncoordinated, you may notice:
Leaking when you sneeze, cough, or laugh
Difficulty activating your core during exercise
Pelvic or low back pain

Pressure or heaviness in the pelvis
In this workout, learn to use diaphragmatic breathing, isolated isometrics, and gentle tools like a mini ball or gliding disc to train your core canister the right way.
Your deep core includes: Pelvic Floor, Diaphragm, Transverse Abdominis, Paraspinal Muscles. These muscles aren’t just “core stabilizers”—they’re your internal support system. When they work together, they protect your joints, improve bladder control, and give you the confidence to move without fear.
